The FBC series is a connector for 2mm pitch discrete cables, designed for crimping. The FBC series features stack connection and side exit cable types. By using the stack connection with side exit cable type, it reduces stress on the cables when routing them and also minimizes unnecessary space in the equipment. Additionally, since there is no force applied to the cable during connector removal, it has the advantage of preventing cable disconnection. The mating lock is equipped with a unique E-lock mechanism, ensuring ease of connector attachment and detachment, as well as preventing disconnection through the locking mechanism. The connector attachment and detachment mechanism is designed with workability and operability in mind. While it is easy to operate, the mating lock mechanism prevents disconnection and maintains stable contact. The contact concept employs a two-point contact with contact clamping, enhancing reliability with stable contact force. The rated current is secured at 3A, and the cables are compatible with AWG22 to 26 discrete cables, with the cable connections being of the crimp type. The product also considers the operator's requirements in terms of workability and usability, allowing connections with standard crimping tools.
